$1.75 HOUSE SALES FLOOD THE TRI-CITIES!
"If I knew I could get a buck and some change for my house, I'd have sold it a long time ago!" said Saginaw resident Barry Indet as he filled out the sales forms at the local Ebay store.
"This is a good sign" says councilwoman Betty Zinnonit, "I just hope these buyers realize their probably paying double the estimated value!"
With the Tri-Cities slowly becoming ghost towns, more and more residents are packing their bags. "I got $1.85 for mine" bragged former homeowner Donnie Dwain. "That's ten cents more than the estimated value. I wish I had another house for
sale, then I'd have enough for a soda and chips!"
With house sales like these expect a boom in the local economy,
we expect an upswing even larger than the pop bottle returnable surge of 2006!
